- Thank you. That statement seems to keep the script in a running state (since the condition will never be met). I haven't tried removing it yet, though. Maybe it's not needed. Maybe it's there to keep the background scripts running if you've got those declared. Either way, it was in Kalev's example script, so there might be a good reason to have it around. --ShadowCode 16:06, 10 March 2006 (PST)
- I removed it the moment I realized what it did and haven't run into any problems yet. The stupid thing kept the rest of My script from executing. I guess that's what happens when you use code you haven't written and "forget" to check what it actually does. ^_^

I tried this out and got up to the 'CompileWikiTutorial.bat' part, I finished writing it up and saved it, but when I double-clicked it it didn't say what it should have. It said that:
'"Script Compiler"' is not recognised as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file
A few other problems I've had is firstly: I don't know where to put the unique land number in, I tried the little box at the top of the screen titled 'Land' but it wouldn't let me put any more than 2 digits in it and since the tutorial instructed that I put '1337' I expect that this box is not the right place. Secondly: When I put the Land1337.chl file into the place with all the others, it still looked like a normal '.txt' file, it looked nothing like the other '.chl' files in that folder so I expect something is wrong there.
I think I messed up somewhere, can you help? Genericnon-descriptperson
